Release Info:
This is a very interesting LP, featuring previously unreleased studio versions of ‘The Wild…’ and ‘Born to Run’ from the period.
The original pressing was made on a Picture Disc, with a white background and sepia-toned photos. Inside the clear sleeve was a blue card with a red sticker, with the black lettering "LIMITED EDITION."
It was reissued first in a light beige colour, also on a Picture Disc, and later also in a limited edition black vinyl version, with a black cover, the same B/W photos, and red lettering.
All versions were pressed using the same plates.
A couple of test pressings were also made to ensure the image was intact and free of tears or defects. Inside the clear sleeve was a white card laminated with the same sticker as the picture.
